What does vacation planning cost?
Personal vacation planning support is included when you book your vacation with me. Your vacation package, tickets, and optional extras still have their own costs, and we’ll review your options before you commit.
Will I pay more when booking through a travel advisor?
There is no separate fee for my planning support when you book your vacation with me. Vacation prices depend on your destination, dates, availability, and current promotions. I’ll help you compare options and understand the total cost before you make a decision.
Why work with a travel advisor?
You get a personal point of contact to help compare resorts, ticket options, and packages around your budget and priorities. You still decide what feels right for your trip.
What happens after I request a quote?
I’ll review your travel dates, budget, and wish list, then follow up using your preferred contact method. We can discuss available options and adjust the details together. Nothing is booked without your approval.
Can you help with dining reservations?
I can help you understand your dining options and assist with reservations when available. Popular restaurants and specific times cannot be guaranteed.
What if a promotion comes out after I book?
I can check whether your booking may qualify for an available promotion. Eligibility, availability, and supplier terms apply, and any savings are not guaranteed.
Do I have to pay for my entire vacation upfront?
Not always. Many vacation packages offer deposits with additional payments due before departure. The exact payment schedule depends on the supplier, reservation, and travel dates, and I’ll explain those details before you book.
What if I need to change or cancel my vacation?
I can help you review the options for your reservation and understand the supplier’s policies. Change fees, cancellation penalties, refunds, and eligibility vary by booking, so I can’t guarantee that every change or cancellation will be free.
Do I need exact dates or a destination to get started?
No. Your best estimate, general budget, and a few ideas about what you want to experience are enough to start narrowing down options.
How far in advance should I plan my vacation?
Earlier is usually better, especially for popular travel dates and resorts, but there’s no single perfect timeline. Even if you’re planning a last-minute getaway, I’m happy to explore what’s available.
Are you part of Disney or Universal?
No. Wishful Moments Travels is an independent travel advisory brand. I book through Best Day Ever Vacations and this is not an official Disney or Universal website.
Can you plan both Disney and Universal during one trip?
Absolutely. If you want to visit both, we can compare the time and budget needed, then build a realistic vacation plan.
